On-stage slaves (I)
Among the broad variety of modern enslaved servants, the category
of 'on-stage slaves' comprises specially selected specimens, kept and
trained for public-performance purposes. Since the 2040s, when amateur
bodybuilding became hugely popular, bodybuilders more and more have felt
the necessity of giving their fans spectacular live shows on stage. At
the same time, slave owning by bodybuilders, both professional and
amateur, increased substantially. This habit was originally mainly
focused on cleaning and massaging the bodybuilder's physique, apart from
attending ordinary domestic chores. Gradually, the use of slaves as
human weights also became very common.
In recent applications of slaves by bodybuilders, especially those in the category of classic or aesthetic bodybuilding, assisting in on-stage posing has turned into a whole new form of art. The poses the slaves are trained to adopt next to their master or guest-performer, are sometimes inspired by classical sculpture. The main purpose is of course to make the bodybuilder stand out in his on-stage appearance. This demands much discipline in taking the right positions and absolute submission towards the bodybuilder in charge of the performance.
This first
of three images shows one of the most celebrated amateur bodybuilders of
the year, Brock 'Ice pick' Saunders, during his spectacular stage act
at the International Mr. Dominance 2052 competition. Brock is using two
of his slaves in the routine, demonstrating his magnificent physique and
natural ability of advanced on-stage slave-handling. In their first
pose, the slave to the left mirrors its master to demonstrate the
exceptional shape and sheer size of Brock's musculature. The second
slave is kneeling in adoration of Brock's physique, in immediate
proximity of its master, but not being allowed to touch the object of
its worship.
