Ancient athletes: Diagoras' sons against Griffa

Image
Pankration champions Damagetos and Akousilaos , the sons of the legendary athlete Diagoras of Rhodes, won boxing and wrestling matches at the games of Olympia, Delphi, Isthmia, Nemea and Athens. They ranked amongst the most popular fighters and athletes of antiquity. Their fame and popularity stretched from Magna Graecia in the West to Anatolia in the East. Famous sculptors had copied their extremely muscular bodies and handsome looks to model for gods and heroes. It had become known within the Greek world that the brothers were looking for their ultimate challenge. This came to the attention of a wealthy Anatolian nobleman, who owned the most eccentric monsters, like a white elephant from Africa, an aurochs from the forests of Hyperborea, and a peculiar humanoid called Griffa. This Nordic monster of dubious human breed and exceptional strength had a double chest and four arms. Because of its aggressive temperament and extreme eagerness to attack and strangle both men a

Ancient athletes: Damagetos and Akousilaos

Image
Of the Olympic athletes, Damagetos and Akousilaos, the outstanding sons of the famous athlete Diagoras of Rhodes, belonged to the most skilled wrestlers and boxers. Some believe that Diagoras and his two sons modeled for the famous sculpture of Laokoon and his two sons attacked by snakes. Although this statue was made by three sculptors from the same island, it actually was made centuries later, during the Roman period. Still it could have been inspired by a previous statue, unfortunately lost in time. Being trained by their own father, from childhood on, the competitive brothers liked to fight each other and developed great virtuosity in martial arts. For Diagoras, his two sons were his pride and joy. Yet, living together often brought about a lot of tension. Akousilaos, the youngest, was his favorite, while Damagetos frequently caused trouble, being a cocky prat, sometimes even raising his hand or fist in anger against his father. Interview with Marco Spezzafori

Image
As you may have heard, it is a general belief among Marco Spezzafori's fans that the famous Italian pornstar spends the whole day in the nude -at least, for his lower body- as it is virtually impossible to find underwear of a size that fits his enourmous genitals. Last week, we have interviewed Marco at his apartment, and we were able to confirm his fans' gossip: he sat during the whole interview with one of his domestic slaves between his legs, covering its owner's naked penis and balls. It was impossible for us to appreciate whether his memorably colossal phallus was kept inside the slave -which would surely have filled its mouth and throat in all their depth- but we were much impressed by the slave's immobility  -an unmistakable sign of strict training, full submission, and inconditional love to Master. The interview, with some pictures of Marco at home, will appear in the next issue of SexTrends.

Ancient athletes: Theagenes of Thasos

Image
Among the most celebrated athletes who excelled in the Olympic games, young Theagenes of Thasos ranged as one of the best. The Aegean island of Thasos was the most Northern of the Greek islands. It was close to the Macedonian and Thracian coast. It was especially renowned for its gold mines, wine, nuts and marble, but since Theagenes appeared on the racing track of Olympia, he became the greatest showpiece of Thasian origin. This was obvious to anybody who had seen his impressive body and witnessed his achievements. No one exposed to the sheer size and exceptional muscularity of his stature could believe Theagenes was only sixteen years old, and thus a comparatively inexperienced youngster.  Still, his great muscle power and athletic skills excelled in many ways. For his public appearance at the games, a special room was prepared for Theagenes to exercise before and relax after the competition. Moreover, he was presented four fresh slaves as a special gift by the Ele

A Centaur Minister's promotion

Image
Melagar 's roar filled the marble palace as his limbs locked in place the prostated Minister. This carnal act was their forging of a sacred union, one which consummated the noble Minister's commitment to Prince Melagar and his Royal House. This was the hallowed conciliation of which the Centaur poets sang. Arranged around the mighty, heavying Centaurs, a halo of unworthy man beasts cowered in silence. Each slave bent its bare head to the ground in respect and called upon all the muscles of its face to keep its eyes crammed shut. Each slave knew deep in its bones that their kind are forbidden to witness such a sight. Yet protocol cruelly dictates the slaves must remain nearby, lest their services be required. Prince Melagar was especially feared, as in the thralls of passion he had been known to indiscriminately kick a slave on the charges that  "it might have been looking."  It is said that on the night of the Prince's very conception, his revered father, King Agr

Ancient athletes: Chionis of Sparta

Image
For Chionis, competing in the Olympic games was all about demonstrating Spartan supremacy over the contestants from other states. From an early age he had been trained in running, wrestling and boxing. As an infant, he was left among wolves in nothing more than a simple loincloth, learning to survive, fighting with his bare hands. In his life as a boy and a youngster he never experienced any love or affection. Tender emotions were considered weak and decadent. Having been sent to Olympia, Chionis excelled in winning the olive tree wreath both racing and fighting the 'pankration', which brought him the greatest admiration of judges, spectators and fellow-competitors alike. Everyone loved to see him run, fight and flex his muscles. Phidias himself insisted he would pose for him, and Pindaros wrote an 'epinikion' or winner's ode praising his athletic stature, phenomenal achievements, and exceptional physical beauty. Many admirers tried to approach him,
